Or the Mudhoney show at the Sun Club?

i dont care if the music i like i popular or not, but the general rock world was cooler then, i would love to be looking forward to a new mudhoney or nirvana cd, instead i have to look forward to some new modest mouse crap.

im just speaking in general of course, im mostly just agreeing with and defending shane's orig. post.

Ah yes. We were at the ZIA on Thunderbird at Midnight when
Nevermind was released.

i never really liked Nirvana and i was actually suprised to hear a dj on the radio agree with me when he said they were overrated. i almost drove into a christmas tree i was swo shocked

All the time when I tell people what I do they say, "Oh I don't understand art, I can't even draw." (or worse, "I only like art I can understand.") Well, ya know what, I don't know how to make a car, but I sure appreciate being able to drive one.

I think most everyone that is that highly praised, is overrated.....
The Beatles are my faves, but on a song by song %, I'm probablyonly insane about 15% of their stuff....
The first Pavement album however, not underrated.....everything else they did, overrated...
