I don't find any of this embarassing, I find it human...
I kinda wished I coulda went to the stereo and put on the Band's version of the Left Frizzel tune, "Long Black Vail", and went to the fridge and grab a few beers for all of us....It's nice to be able to talk about stuff without it ending personal attacks...Granted, I took a few punches, but nothing that I can't handle....
It was nice to speak about something we feel passionately about, and not be sarcastic for a few minutes....
