Regardless, the carnage is interesting enough that I might check out the director's other work, even though it includes the remake of The Hills Have Eyes that I told myself I wouldn't see.
Also watched We Live In Public last night. Ondi Timoner makes great documentaries. Harris is strangely prophetic, but everything seems a little left of center as to how he thought it would work out. Regardless, great watch for tech geeks (and budding entrepreneurs, I suppose).

Finally watched High Tension. I really really enjoyed it, up until the ending.
Spoiler
because it's all in Marie's head. You watch the film as if you are looking at everything from her POV only. I think they could have done a better job with conveying that although I LOVED the film. Waking up to a stranger hovering over you while you are in your bed is a deep deep fear for me.

I'm still confused, and the "all in her head" never once occurred to me. Delusional about the way events unfold, maybe, but not 100% fabricated. I'm gonna blame the film for that, if that's what I was supposed to think. Regardless, it was fun. Finally watched High Tension. I really really enjoyed it, up until the ending.

A History of Violence ~ Cronenberg is slowly becoming one of my favorite directors. Like, ever.
Miss March ~ I LOVE The Whitest Kids U'Know, so I was more than willing to give the movie a chance, despite the bad reviews. Yeah, no. Don't do it.

(Although, what do I know - it'd be hard for anyone to make a movie with John C Reilly, Marisa Tomei and Catherine Keener that I wouldn't like...)

A History of Violence was great. I adore Viggo though. Eastern Promises was amazingly good. I recently watched The Road and was not as into it as I thought I would be, yet Viggo's perfromance was still top shelf.
I did not like Miss March. at all.

Did. Not. Like.
But I'm sure I was just too drunk or something. I don't know, it had to have been my fault... I've yet to hear anything but "GREATEST THING EVER", so I must just be crazy. Didn't hook me, and I found myself struggling to really give a shit.
I am glad everyone else seems to be enjoying it though.
