I've been feeling especially juvenile, so I've been watching South Park. Nothing but South Park.

Watched ssns 10 and 11. About 2 episodes into 12.

I love it.

Finally watched High Tension. I really really enjoyed it, up until the ending.

Spoiler

Regardless, the carnage is interesting enough that I might check out the director's other work, even though it includes the remake of The Hills Have Eyes that I told myself I wouldn't see.

Also watched We Live In Public last night. Ondi Timoner makes great documentaries. Harris is strangely prophetic, but everything seems a little left of center as to how he thought it would work out. Regardless, great watch for tech geeks (and budding entrepreneurs, I suppose).

because it's all in Marie's head. You watch the film as if you are looking at everything from her POV only. I think they could have done a better job with conveying that although I LOVED the film. Waking up to a stranger hovering over you while you are in your bed is a deep deep fear for me.

The first half hour of The Last Airbender. Then we walked out. I knew it wouldn't be as good as the show, but it was beyond horrible. Just awful.

I'm still confused, and the "all in her head" never once occurred to me. Delusional about the way events unfold, maybe, but not 100% fabricated. I'm gonna blame the film for that, if that's what I was supposed to think. Regardless, it was fun.

A History of Violence ~ Cronenberg is slowly becoming one of my favorite directors. Like, ever.

Miss March ~ I LOVE The Whitest Kids U'Know, so I was more than willing to give the movie a chance, despite the bad reviews. Yeah, no. Don't do it.

"Cyrus" - Decent! A lot more subtle than I was expecting, but I don't mean that in any sort of negative way. I would see it again...

(Although, what do I know - it'd be hard for anyone to make a movie with John C Reilly, Marisa Tomei and Catherine Keener that I wouldn't like...)

A History of Violence was great. I adore Viggo though. Eastern Promises was amazingly good. I recently watched The Road and was not as into it as I thought I would be, yet Viggo's perfromance was still top shelf.

I did not like Miss March. at all.

Inception.

Did. Not. Like.

But I'm sure I was just too drunk or something. I don't know, it had to have been my fault... I've yet to hear anything but "GREATEST THING EVER", so I must just be crazy. Didn't hook me, and I found myself struggling to really give a shit.

I am glad everyone else seems to be enjoying it though.
