just ate at the Long Wong's on Thomas & 28th st. place blows. i should've figured it wasn't going to be the real deal but man, the wings were pretty pathetic. looked like they had some really good specials on other types of food but as for the wings, thumbs down.

long wongs is SUPER overrated for high quality food. i am currently eating crappy frozen lunch at work, and dreaming about the melon/brie/avocado plate i made last night. delicious!

I just ate left overs of a weird variety.
I had a mixed greens salad with salmon from Wildflower Bread Company and half a bean, rice, and potato burrito from Rivas.

I think I am going to explode from awesome and the fact I ate wayyyy too much.

i'm currently making (and will soon be eating) green chile pork stew.

pork tenderloin, onion, jalapeno, garlic, green chiles, tomatos, green enchilada sauce, and chicken stock.

YUM! only 3 hours until it's done.

EDIT: you can make a vegan version of this dish with vegetable stock and either beans or potatoes (or both) instead of pork - but that would be crazy because pork is DELICIOUS.

word. sometimes i'll add potatoes to the pork version, but it gets really thick that way. still awesome, though. i like to eat it over rice, too.
