this morning i had a home made egg mcmuffin. or i guess since it was home made its just called an egg muffin. whatever. i make a single egg omelet and fold it over on itself until it fits on an english muffin and then top it with cheese. YUM.
i did this at about 6 am and sat outside at a table in my yard while i ate it. i also drank a cup of kenyan aa coffee made from xanadu beans. birds were chirping, and it was only about 80 degrees. for a moment, however brief, i forgot that i was in phoenix in july.

had a chinese pork slider, bbq ribs and some caprese bruschetta small plates from Trader Vics. jesus, so good. that place isnt ALL good, but the stuff that is quality is extremely tasty. tasted a little of the ham and pineapple cheese dip as well. YEAH!

i think i'll run to casa grande at noon and get a big freakin' bean and cheese with rice plus pico burrito from Vaquero's. i work in sacaton so it's close otherwise, i don't know that i'd go to CG for a burro...well maybe from little sombrero.

we're supposed to have philly cheesesteaks from the daily caterer here today. although, i've got to run an errand at lunch and probably won't get one. just as well though.. i drank a caramel frapaccino from starbucks earlier today because someone was buying.. i don't usually drink that stuff and didn't take into acct the amount of dairy in one of those things. my stomach isn't a fan of lactose so i've got a feeling i may not want to eat anything in the near future anyway..
