(although, i'm down 9lbs since thursday so..)
unless you plan on never going back to eating a realistic diet, that 9 pounds doesnt count at all....it will come back once you start eating actual meals. any weight loss above2-4 pounds a week (especially if you arent exercising) is essentially artificial.
im not doing so hot with the losing weight thing, even though im in better shape by far. its because i still drink, im afraid. unfortunately, at some point im going to have to stop SAYING that im gonna cut out those carbs/calories and just do it. the hard part is that i love beer and bourbon. FUCK.
today ive had a cliff bar, apple, string cheese, vitamin water zero, regular water and a handful of pretzels. tonight im bakin up some chicken and veggies.
last night i had yet another late night, buzzed corn tamale. im soo friggin hooked on tamales right now!
edit: thats why i dont run, my knees are just destroyed. ive been riding, and moved up to the elliptical. holy christ that thing is a big jump in difficulty.
