I am so glad the weekend is finally here again. Even though I have to trek out to the stupid westside sandbar on Sat night for a friend's bday. Imma go to the river for another friend's bday on Sun. I haven't been to the river since the first weekend after I graduated HS. hahaha That was a long time ago.

and it'll likely be another weekend filled with new house stuff. got the tv mounted last night. thing was a pain in the ass. working with brick walls is rough. but it got done and looks pretty rad. gotta hang some shelves in the laundry room, get the shed fixed, some chairs bought, and the guest room cleaned up. despite all this, however, we're gonna watch the u.s. vs england match tomorrow either at the house or somewhere. my gf lived in england for 2 years and got into soccer (even calls it footy... ha). anyway, looking forward to a productive weekend. i seem to get way more satisfaction out of a weekend spent busting my ass and being productive than sitting around watching tv..
