I spent Sunday w/ a friend who spent the majority of her attention on her phone rather than paying attention to her company or her kids who were misbehaving to a degree that had me running for home. I'm still annoyed about it all.
kids in my family never ever even attempted to be the little whiney brats those two were. Although, the adults didn't have internet/texting phones back then.

woke up and rode to Dunkin with the little lady! Had a bagel breakfast sammich and some good ass coffee! Boss is buying lunch today! If this was Friday I would be on badassness overkill!

this one is sad. it was new year's eve, lady gets off bus and goes to the front to get her bike off the bike rack, driver is not paying attention and he starts driving, hits her, knocks her down, she goes under the bus and her jacket gets stuck on the undercarriage, he accelerates to 10 mph and only travels 120 feet or so before witnesses stop the bus and by that time she is dead.
13 seconds was all the time it took.
i have to animate the injuries she sustained while being dragged and run over.
