agreed. i made sure i had pictures of me with female friends as well. as in, "look, these women are not creeped out by my presence. you should date me."

so i looked into this ok cupid up here in the mountains, and HOLY SHIT, i almost want to never see this site again. like, some of the pics and profiles ive seen remind me why i quit drinking...

See, I cropped out a friend of mine who's a hot lady because I feel like it comes off as "oh yeah, check out what I roll with." Most of my pics are self taken simply because almost all of my friends are not big picture takers, and probably for the better, considering the last group photo I was in was myself and my friends sucking air dick in front of Phil's on 16th. At least, this is what I vaguely recall...

There are some flat out scary looking people on that site, and OkCupid seems to think they are good "quickmatches" for me.

I've been having a string of pretty good luck recently. I had my 4th OkS date a few weeks ago, and although it didn't turn into anything, it was a good experience. I'm in contact with a couple of other ladies as well. One of them is a VERY attractive lady physically (maybe not "conventionally," but she's pretty much exactly my "type") but emotionally not so much (she's quite introverted, and seems to suffer from depression/anxiety & an overall negative outlook on life). I'm not sure a relationship would be very good for either of us. The other one seems like a much better match overall, though it's only been a few exchanged messages. Upbeat, funny, secure. She's cute, too, but kinda skinny for my tastes. A date seems likely at some point.
