aaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhh.
so before every difficult decision, i like to sit back and contemplate it and reflect on all my options. i wonder if these people know that's the same thing - i just don't pretend to talk to god.

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.

how many times have we heard that? dude sounds like a shitty advice giver.
# 71 percent said they believe that when good or bad things happen, these occurrences are simply part of God's plan for them.
# 61 percent indicated they believe God has determined the direction and course of their lives.
# 32 percent agreed with the statement: "There is no sense in planning a lot because ultimately my fate is in God's hands
this is pretty much all the same question and should be the same number if any of these people had any sense. aaahhhhhhh

"Many of us might assume that people of higher social class standing tend to reject beliefs about divine intervention," Schieman said. "However, my findings indicate that while this is true among those less committed to religious life, it is not the case for people who are more committed to religious participation and rituals."
is this guy fucking retarded? "hey, people who are really into religion are really into religion. while those who are not, aren't."

I've been making it a point to try and avoid blanket statements like "people are idiots" and "I hate people."
This article is making that difficult.
but you DO hate people...
maybe you should pray about it.

maybe it's god telling you to hate people? God seems to be telling a lot of Americans that lately.

i love it when professional athletes thank god when they win. Yet they never thank god when they lose....
That's because they're supposed to be learning a lesson about God's Will for them. Or they could blame Satan.
