ok so it's obvious Brewer and her cohorts are a bunch of nutball fascists. Are there any more sensible legistlators out there we can support? I have to admit I'm not politically aware enough to know about more moderate politicos. What's scary to me is that Arpaio is thinking of running for governor. Brewer, Arpaio ..... uggg.

Kirsten Senima seems pretty decent ... maybe she wants to be a governor?!

jan's wikepedia entry says she attended glendale community college.

so did she not graduate? isn't that a 2 year school?

All the time when I tell people what I do they say, "Oh I don't understand art, I can't even draw." (or worse, "I only like art I can understand.") Well, ya know what, I don't know how to make a car, but I sure appreciate being able to drive one.

Does it say she has a degree?

If not, then she didn't graduate.

I state that I attended college in my Resume, but I don't say anything about a degree, because I never graduated ;)

hold on a second here...

you're telling me she never graduated from college? i realize this isn't an official requirement for the job, and there are many, many people who have been incredibly successful without a college degree, but i find that particularly alarming. i want my elected officials to have advanced degrees, not just college degrees. i don't care if it's an MBA, a PhD, a law degree, whatever. maybe that's not as important to other people, but i want to know that you've taken your education seriously. also, your degree needs to come from a school with an actual campus. sorry, university of phoenix, but you don't count.

I state that I attended college in my Resume, but I don't say anything about a degree, because I never graduated ;)

i still think you'd do a better job than brewer.

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.

Oh boy, one of my local state representatives is trying to give me something in common with you AZ folks!

http://articles.lanc.../local/4/253299

I mean, Pennsylvania has always struggled with it's Mexican border problems. But mostly I think this is just about negro slaves crossing the Mason-Dixon. I always said there should be a big fence across the PA/MD border. But of course it should still allow me easy access to the sweet liquor store right across the border.

The bill's prime sponsor is Butler County Republican Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, who said the 140,000 illegal immigrants in Pennsylvania cost taxpayers more than $728 million a year and resort to criminal activity.

wow so there are 140,000 mexican/hispanic criminals in pennsylvania huh? all the criminals from mexico must go to lancaster to commit their crimes.

none of them just have jobs and work there?
