it was pretty awesome. the electric bikes that we borrowed were fucking awesome. i pedaled through pretty much the whole parade but when you turn that battery on and hit the accelerator, it gets up to 20mph. pretty awesome. esp for hills. ha.

but yeah, all around good time. cool costumes and crazy bikes ridden by friendly folks. hung at caseys afterwords for a bit. also a good time.

I got home around tenish that night from the pumpkin/chili festival and there were still people out on their bikes and what not. I had my windows open since it was so nice and cool out and I could hear people still partying well into the night.

I love living in Tempe.

my gf, a friend of ours, and myself were in those pics. number 14 i think. i'm on the left, my girl's on the right. our friend jesse is in the middle. Hell yeah man! That's awesome. I was with my son this weekend and resisted the urge to go drink beer there and or at Hance Park's Oktoberfest.

there was a dude in front of us most of the way that had a blow up doll on the back seat of his tandem bike. it was wearing a bikini bathing suit. he'd tied the feet to the pedals so it looked like she was pedaling. shit was hilarious. there was also a group that dressed up like the cast from reno 911. also very funny.
