I can't find a the studio recording of this song but it has that whole heart beat thing at the beginning of it, not really surf punk though.

AAAA!!!! This is the one!!!! I fucking love this song.. Thank you! I don't know why I was thinking "surf" punk... I had in my head that it was more popish.... but thanx man!
