Yes, finally, after your recommendation 2 chadk Christmas parties ago. :)

At times it reminds me of BSS (mostly the drums, which I chalk up to production), and at other times it reminds me of an older UK band called Thatcher on Acid.

Those were the 2 influences that grabbed me immediately, one being terribly obscure.

I shall check more recent releases, but that one was used, so I figured it was a good starting point.


Remember the name Thatcher on Acid but never heard them. Are you coming to our show at the Manor on 2/5? I'll burn you those other two LC! albums. To me they sound like a riot grrl band mixed w/90s indie rock. The male/female vocals make it Huggy Bear meets Pavement or something, though they're way poppier than Pavement. The played Box Elder, MO when I saw them last year.
