Bastard Noise- The Red List (seriously amazing)
Did you get a chance to see them when they toured with Corrupted and Assunder?

I wish... I have seen BN doing strictly noise sets a few times, I have seen Man is the Bastard a few times as well, but I have yet to see the instrument/noise version of BN. They have a new LP coming out shortly on Deep Six and will be touring the US in June/July. I am attempting to get my band on a couple of the dates nearby, or at least phx.Bastard Noise- The Red List (seriously amazing)

and speaking of slow stuff... I am super excited for the new record from Hooded Meanace. They are from Finland, heavily influenced by Autopsy and the first Cathedral LP. The one track they put up on myspace rules! Check it!!!

Wow, I wish I could have seen MITB. One of my friends did get to see them here in PHX at some warehouse. He said they looked like a bunch of hippies. I did get to see Geronimo w/Nelson this past year. But that's nothing really in comparison to seeing either MITB or BN.

I was at that show too and they did. Dude, would you expect any different? I think Butler did vocals on a song that night too.

Before this, I honestly didn't know what to expect. I figured they'd be 'crusty'....or something.
