Dianogah - Millions of Brazilians. Everything that is good about old Tortoise rolled into one. Delightful!
Shy Child - One with the Sun. "Break Your Neck". So good.
Giant's Chair - Purity and Control.
Helloween - Keeper of the Seven Keys Pt.2. This is probably the best album ever, fyi.

Daughters ~ Hell Songs
If David Yow sang for Dillinger Escape Plan.

Joan of Arc ~ The Intelligent Design of...
I forgot how much I like one of the most despised indie acts around.

Sebadoh ~ Harmacy
Gearing up for the show in March.

The Jesus and Mary Chain ~ The Sound of Speed
Awesome B-Sides. I just need 2 more to re-complete my collection.

Cave-In ~ Jupiter
Hydra Head lets me down for the first time. Apparently, their other stuff is better, but this really isn't very good.

Plus, I'm kicking myself for not picking up any albums by Graf Orlock from when I saw them on Tuesday. :(

i listened to that joan of arc album at stinkweeds a while back, and was impressed. i've been a joan of arc fan since 'a portable model of', but didn't catch on to all the hatred until much later, and have never really understood it. pitchfork publicity stunt, maybe? i dunno.
