Yep. They give you a heads up on bands that are out there for you to make your own decisions on. They are a starting point not to be taking too seriously.

I just got the double EP thingie for EP B / C EP, myself. It appears to come with the Tras single as well, so it looks like it's their complete back catalog prior to Mirrored.
