Is it true that stoner metal kings OM are opening for them this tour, though? Is this some other Om I'm unaware of? Is it an acronym for something other than Of Montreal who are headlining their own show in November? I'm at a loss. What a weird double-header.

the new album is pretty good. probably better than the last one.

my favorite pinback release is the 2002 tour ep, more or less live in a few different places.
i can't really listen to the studio versions of those songs anymore. so much better live.

They are tough to get into I suppose. When I heard Blue Screen Life the whole album just hit me perfectly. I think they are one of those bands that have to catch you at just the right moment in order to stick.
