I like the Stars album that recently came out a lot. Andrew Bird! I revisited Ratatat recently. Uhh...broke out singles going steady yesterday. The Hold Steady's new one's pretty dope...which subsequently got me into Lifter Puller. Some old Stereolab. Ooh! I forgot. I never go a day without listening to of montreal. So they're my default "currently listening to" band no matter when I'm asked.

Deerhoof ~ Apple O' (possibly the weirdest collision of pretty and ugly that I've ever heard. how fucking cool.)
Unsane ~ Blood Run (i am one of 17 people still in existence who really like this band. i am happy. i doubt that you care.)
Junior Boys ~ Last Exit (electronic rhythms. i'm high right now. not as cool as i imagined. they're getting a lot of scrutiny tomorrow tho.)
June of 44 ~ Four Great Points (my favorite album from this band, whom I admire a lot.)
Cursive ~ The Storms of Early Summer (pretty much cuz they're fucking good at what they do.)
Sigur Ros ~ Agaetis Byrjun (YAY! Music for elves who smoke pot!)
