hiya,
Ok so i'm finally done with the first issue of Your Invisible City. I think its good - but that could just be me....but i think i am a pretty good judge of those things (again that could just be me)
yay!!
ok so:
Anyways, here is a quick look at what the first issue contains:
Writing by local writers Sir John Wackness and Alison Walling, accompanied by photos from Ariel Body,
An interview with fashion designer Tiffe Fermaint
Drawings by local artist Sammy Black
An interview with The Budget Sinatra
An interview with comedian Ryan McKee from Modest Proposal
Album reviews: Morse Code "Turnstyles" by Chris Penn
Brodie Hubbard "Life of Sentimentality" by HR in the know
Brad B. "All Come Along" 12" by Linguo *is* dead
D.i.y. Yo-Self - how to create your own internet radio show
and ads for upcoming events, phoenix zines, and submission for YIC info.
and thats all the news fit to print.....

S.L.A.M. Magazine (Support Local Arts & Music) has been going strongly locally about 8 issues. Here is the only link I have for them.thanks!!! dudes......and i agree we need more zines in the PHX......( i like calling it that)
