well, the sun light is reflecting through rain which is producing the spectrum there happens to be enough light and water in the air to produce 2 of them. and or you have a 50 50 chance to find two pots of gold. duh


The likelihood of finding 2 pots of gold is directly related to the amount of mushrooms ingested before finding the ever elusive double rainbow.
