I believe this is stilll just speculation, I have seen no story where the league has made a decision. Either way I'm going to the game tomorrow.no such luck; Robert, Boris, Amare= out for game 5. The series may as well be over, I'm so fucking upset. No to mention they gave Dirk the mvp today, UGHGH. What a horrible day....DAMNIT

i really hate that rule. diaw and stoudemire didn't do anything.
they weren't involved in any way. it's a ridiculous rule that has run its course.

2 games for Horry? That I did not know. What are the chances of the home teams losing in the next 2 games and having it go to game 7 in Phx?? How awesome would that be, it's all we can hope for now....
who cares about horry...he contributes a total of seven points for their team such a non threat except for the occasional three ball at the last minute...the rule should also apply to Duncan and Bowen for leaving the bench earlier in the game...but the league will brush that by because they wouldn't suspend Duncan who is the apple of the leagues eye right now not mention all the lame brained sports analysts whose comments are plain biased towards the spurs...
I guess the suns will have to man up once again and just take it to them tommorrow night...this makes game five all that more important for the suns to win.

unfortunately, the spurs are a league favorite. who knows why. the spurs have no personality.
the finals from 2005 with the spurs/pistons had terrible ratings.
it's just a really dumb, outdated rule.
the suns just need to find a way to win a game and come back home for a game 7.

hack a duncan
whenever thomas is not in the game
get burke and marks to foul duncan
everytime he touches the ball
let his 64%-free-throw-percentage-ass
earn his points

here's my suggestion for game 5
hack a duncan
whenever thomas is not in the game
get burke and marks to foul duncan
everytime he touches the ball
let his 64%-free-throw-percentage-ass
earn his points
or start somebody trivial like burke and make it his assignment to injure duncan. take him out deliberately. maybe even with a shiv.

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.

that would be stooping to their level of play. The suns just need to beat them on the court in a legit game. In my opinion (which counts for shit) the league fucked this one up. If you read the exact letter of the rule book it says players are subject to suspension if they leave the bench during a fight...they use the words fight was there a fight? I didn't see a fight...I saw what almost was a fight but no actually fighting...also the word subject is exactly that...its subjectibve not definitive...nowhere does it say automatic suspension regardless of intent...no wonder David Stern cancelled being at tommorrow night's game...he knew they fucked this one up...lets just hope the sun's can pull it out tommorrow night and send the SA home with a loss...

Exactly.
People are acting overly despondent over this (although it's great to hear people finally have some passion about something, and the ruling *is* absolutely bullshit).
Yes, not having Amare sucks, but folks have to remember that the Suns kind of thrive on looking down the barrel of the odds. As great as the Suns did in the regular season, people have constantly questioned them and their ability to play their brand of ball down the stretch and in the playoffs with winning results. In response, the Suns have usually brushed off the doubters and had fun play the game their way.
This takes one of their main pieces of the puzzle that is their way of playing the game, but they've been without Amare before (last year). I expect that the Suns, knowing what lies ahead, will step their game up.
