missed the game, but one game like jordan, a jordan does not make... or something like that. i think he has a ways to go. i'm not saying he won't get there. i still have a hard time seeing the pistons lose this series, but i'm not as certain as i was, say, last night before the game.

i've actually stopped watching all games since the suns lost, but i'm sickened by the articles about tim duncan complaining for calls late in game 6 against the jazz, when the spurs had been to the line 20 something times in the 4th to the jazz's 2!! give me a break!

but i mean, come on, the guy is 22. jordan was still playing college ball at this point.
48 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists is a ridiculous stat line.

and to be fair, i have never seen a performance like that. given the magnitude of the game, who cleveland was playing, and it being done on the road, it was special to watch. 25 straight points against one of the premiere defensive teams in the league? unbelievable.

i hope cleveland closes out detroit tomorrow.

yeah...ever since country club bowl got turned into a paintball arena there is nothing to do but watch sports...I am bummed about that...

but the suns will rule this season.

Not if they don't get some depth in the big man department, and fill their roster. It'll be the same stuff 4th year in a row.

I can't believe we gave away the only plan we had for Tim Duncan and the other powerful big men out there... Dirty Kurt Thomas. I mean, our draft picks sucked too. We blew it as far as the offseason goes. I mean, Grant Hill is nice but we have 4 or 5 guys who can do what he does -- and better. (We'll see though)

At any rate... I'm super excited for the season I just hope we can pick up a big man that will actually get some time or that Amare picked up his interior presence and will pound the boards and be like a 25/10 kind of guy. This will be an amazing season for our team but I just don't want it to end like it has the past 3 years.

Anyhow, my schedule this semester is set for tons of prime-time Suns games at the bar. I'm stoked.

I'll wake up to Basketball season in February or March or so, if the Suns get in the playoffs again. Baseball season is coming up and rumor has it the D'Backs might make it into the season again, first time since '02, right?
