I met Kurt at his bar one night last year to discuss upcoming shows and he did say he was living his dream.
i'm pretty sure he has a wife and a kid/s?

-trunkspaceAll the time when I tell people what I do they say, "Oh I don't understand art, I can't even draw." (or worse, "I only like art I can understand.") Well, ya know what, I don't know how to make a car, but I sure appreciate being able to drive one.

wow, hunter. way to make fun of someone who's had a mental breakdown!
maybe we can go point and laugh at some retards later!
Wow, I can't believe you just connected a loser 35 year old who was denied a liquor license over a retarded business name / proposal and planned on murdering up to 200 people at the Super Bowl to people who were born with mental handicaps through no fault of their own.
Being an idiot and loser isn't a handicap.

(edit)
we were calling/checking in because our show and the dozens of other shows he has scheduled are now totally in question - we're not just being stalkers...
(/edit)
also, hunter, i don't know you and i don't really know nil, but based on your posts and the comments i've seen you leave on other sites about this i get the distinct impression that you have some beef with nil that goes way beyond what he did on sunday. what he did (or almost did) is monstrous, so i'm certainly not trying to defend him. but it seems like you're getting some sort of personal satisfaction about this whole situation, and that seems really fucked up to me because its sad on a lot of levels.

But, coming from someone who knew a few people who went to the Super Bowl that could have been victims of his, and after reading excerpts of his "manifesto" -- I feel extreme satisfaction that he is getting locked up. I think it's even funnier that he thought he could get past a city council a name like Drunkenstein's (that likely would have gone under in 6 months anyhow) which obviously shows he's a dimwit to begin with. That, combined with his oh-so-prophetic manifesto, just kind of makes me glad (and sad, in a way that he didn't just kill himself) that he won't be around to fuck with other innocent people.
Is it wrong to feel that way? For me, no. It's justice in the best sense of the word. He may have been a cool guy in the past, but these actions completely negate and erase any possible positive there could have been about this human in the past.
I get a kick out of crazy people getting what they deserve. Shrug. I guess I'm a worse person than him.

We'd be better off, don't you think? What if the Columbine kids just popped themselves off instead of harming others? People like him are better off dead than a homicidal threat to the general population.

maybe you could have said something like... sad, in a way that he didn't just seek help...? if the end result you want is people not getting hurt, death isn't the only thing available to wish upon someone...

this is why you don't shop at malls!
crazies
A gunman who shot and killed five women in a clothing store at a suburban Chicago strip mall Saturday remains at large, police said.
To change the subject, does anyone find the humor in the first line under the photo in this article? Not the humor in the story mind you, not a funny thing.
ok probably not.
