Really good and awesome soundtrack!

M.I.A. kicks all sorts of ass.

I was on a Guy Ritchie kick last night.

Revolver
RocknRolla

Revolver was too cryptic/cerebral/deep/philosophical/whatever for its own good, yet I saw
Spoiler
coming from the beginning.

RocknRolla was fookin' awesome tho

i hated revolver, which is lame b/c i really wanted to like it.

The new South Park (Queefs vs Farts) last night was pretty funny, if for no other reason than the Martha Stewart part (Safe for cable TV, but probably NSFW)

Some context would probably be helpful, but I'm all out.

South Park, the Road Warrior, and potty humor converge into this perfect storm.

Headphones if you're at work.

(Just saw the episode last night.)

EDIT: Also, I watched The Exorcism of Emily Rose last night. Interesting mix of horror and courtroom drama. Jennifer Carpenter does a great job playing a possessed chick, too.

Galaxy Quest. For some reason I love this movie. TBS, you never disappoint me for daytime TV.

We Shall Remain: Geronimo on PBS. My friend Dustinn Craig directed this episode with Sarah Colt. When he did some filming down near Douglas, AZ, he brought me on to shoot stills. It was a great experience.

What's his face is right. The mug on that guy! Makes me feel like I could be a movie star my damn self.

Like the only people who get famous in movies are either really good looking, really ordinary, or really not good looking.

Ugly is a bad word. Shit@!

didn't mickey rourke used to be attractive back in the 80's? i thought he was supposed to be a sex symbol back in the day. but then he started (for real) a career as a boxer and he did a bunch of plastic surgery and now he looks like, well, a guy who's done a lot of boxing and plastic surgery. or am i full of shit again?

Emperors of Japan

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.
