I started watching The Legend of the Seeker because my bff loves it and said I would too. I dig it. She was right. and the guy who plays the seeker should just not wear a shirt through the whole series. haha hubba hubba. There was an eppy w/ these chicks called Mord'sith. They are like dominatrix who cause such pain until they break you and then you will do anything they say. The chick that played Denna - the mord'sith torturing the seeker was way hot. Her outfit looked painted on. It so reminds me of Xena and Hercules and I love that. I will have to check out that blood and sand series.

I have watched a few eps of this and I like the premise.

Saw "Kickass" last night. Yawn. I read the TPB and really enjoyed it.

Why does Hollywood have to effing ruin everything?

I got my new roku box all set up last night so I streamed some Bones last night. Great sound and picture quality fo sho. Better than cable. Now i jsut gotta turn in the cox box on my next day off. yip.

I get The Lovely Bones in the mail tomorrow. I hope it's good.

were it not for the fact that i want to watch live sports on my tv in the living room (go suns) there is virtually no need for cable tv.

I'm sure it's on the way. Right now they have MLB live. Soon I think they will have other sports live on there as well.

Bummer. I still think I'ma check it out. Finished the TPB a few weeks ago.
Spoiler

Holy Mountain ~ Holy crap. One of the most memorable spiritual movies ever to come out of 60s/70s drug culture. Alejandro Jodorowsky is a total visionary.

Cube 2: Hypercube ~ Not as good as the first, but there's something completely captivating about these movies for me. No regrets here. :)

I watched Remember the Daze while I did some chores. You can tell the film maker/screenwriter was going for a dazed and confused feel for the 1999 seniors but it was just way lacking. I feel like too much perhaps ended on the cutting room and some the characters were just not needed. Yet at the same time I really wanted to like this movie because it was of the time period. Made me think about when I graduated. sigh.

didn't watch The Imaginiarium of Dr Parnassus yet.
