1/2 cup organic homemade spicy marinara (I cooked up last night)
270 cals of nomminess. I have to measure this food out or I will eat way too much due to it's overpowering nomminess. mmmmm

brie cheese
bacon (if you're going to buy good beef, you buy good bacon)
caramelized onions
cranberry relish
brioche bun
season beef with salt and pepper, nothing more. grill on high for 4 - 5 minutes per side. brush asian bbq sauce on before you flip it. toast buns, melt cheese and top with bacon. apply onions and spread a tablespoon of cranberry relish on the bun. enjoy with a glass (or 4) of zinfandel or shiraz.

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.

Can you come make dinner at my house tonight?
So far for tonight, I have a roast in the crockpot. What to do with it? I still don't know I'm so over trying to think of ideas for dinner. Grrr!!

i'm sophisticated as fuck.
last night i grilled cornish game hens. never done that before. it was just like grilling a little chicken. are cornish game hens supposed to taste more game-y than chicken? i'd never eaten them before so i figured they would be, but it was exactly like chicken. not like how people tell you something tastes like chicken because they can't think of any other way to describe it, but literally it tasted exactly like a chicken. is that right? or did i just buy some cheap imitation ass cornish game hen?
regarding your roast: mix some wasabi paste in with some mayo, put it on a soft bakery roll, and then pile it with sliced/shredded roast and some cheddar cheese. tomatoes or other veggies optional. i do that with my leftovers, but i guess you could do it with the roast right out of the gate. if you're out of ideas go to epicurious.com.

I am drinking my second cup of organic roasted dandelion root tea. Supposed to be good for my liver among other things.
I'm on a 1000 cal diet right now so my recipes for meals would probably be just sides to everyone else right now. hahaha lots of fresh produce. I did get some sliced roasted almonds to add to my leafy green salad. I made a nummy salad dressing though.
plain non fat yogurt
skim milk
minced fresh garlic
minced fresh white onion
chopped fresh basil
chopped cucumber
blue cheese crumbles
onion powder
salt
pepper

Can you use agave nectar? Lower glycemic index etc.

I thought about that. I need to expiriment. I use it already for sweetening my oats or cream of rice cereal. I thought about using honey on pumpkin or carrot cake though.
