yesterday i finally did it: fajita pizza.
i used leftovers from my fajitas the night before (chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms((yeah i know. whatever.))) and built a pizza as normal with those toppings. holy crap.

just made dinner for my dad for his bday. dessert was an orange creme brulee. i'd never made creme brulee before, but it was quite successful. the degree of difficulty is rather low, considering it's kind of a fancy dessert. you just need ramekins and a blowtorch.

I had Bison Witches yesterday...Shit was amazing. Had the "Cally" (thin sliced white turkey breast, avocado slices, cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts, and mayo are combined together on a toasted croissant.).
Can't stop thinking about it.
