i just made some whole-wheat linguine with a sauce i whipped up that consisted of: a tomato, crushed & toasted almonds, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
pretty tasty!

except ours was usually just sauce, cheese, and pepperoni (cubed, not slices). i don't recall any vegetables being present. wasn't your school lunch pizza called a "pizza boat" on pizza days? they were always shaped like that. never triangles. i think the school though kids might use sharp pizza as a weapon or something.

Oh! yeah In coolidge there was no pizza in the cafateria.
But I meant I had a PB&J and a banana for lunch.
My lunch today was more like..
"Grandma! Grandma! I HUNGEE!!" and thats what she would make me.

I love me a good egg sandwhich, it's the aftermath that concerns me.
Sacks Sandwiches makes a great Egg sandwich w/cream cheese, tomatoes, oh and BACON on 12 Grain bread. Plus all the locations are owned and operated by local boys so I try and give em some business. I just had the breakfast of champions coffee and a banana.

there is a sacks right by my work, they have great sandwiches. never had this one, but now i'm going to get it.
