I know everything you did to lose as much as you have. You changed the way you ate and rode your bike all the time.

You made it work so well

I eat between 900-1200 cals a day of super healthy foods and work out like crazy and my loss is nowhere like yours and I've been doing this a year longer than you. hahaha

Went to Riverside California this passed weekend and went to a show and hung out. At the show It was odd because Waldo walked up to me and said "hey whats up?" Blew my fucking mind! He found ME!

My gym opens at 4am on the weekdays... I've been getting up and working out for an hour in the morning. I also just started taking vitamins in the amounts stated in the gerson method and I feel fantastic so far. The best I've felt in ages. It's been a week so far. I'm going to save up for a juicer and ease into the whole 51% raw food diet and I am 95% sure I'll go totally vegan.

a friend and myself rode our bikes to the MS walk a thon on Saturday then rode them for the 5 miles instead of walking and let me tell you I never realized how many crazy hills there are in the zoo and botanical garden. Hot dang that was hard on my cruiser. 13 miles all together. Not bad for a mornings work out. The lions looked awesome too.

At work, I'm on a project where we're integrating an east coast bank (out of Charlotte) into ours, so I've been working with a lot of people with "southern"-ish accents (I would guess - my ear isn't properly trained to pick up on the variations from that part of the country).
