two of my vegan friends ate there and said it was good but
not as good as veggie house, so no need for the long drive

I can think for myself Aaron!

Supreme Master Ching Hai Vegetarian House - 32nd St and Indian School

so worth the drive for me... heaven rice rolls and the lemon grass "chicken" are my favorites.

I do love Green too. Go there at least once a week for my cheat day.

Man that place is far... maybe the next time I trek out there... well the next time the BFF makes me trek out there with her.

What's up with the Burrito Supreme Master Chingy High? I went to that restaurant when it was on 7th Ave just south of Camelback. I heard that old place burned down and that's why they moved to Indian School. Seems like a weird cult. I agree with Rial, the fake meat is too chewy.

it's not a cult... hahaha it's tasty foodz with some christianity available for you to look into but not shoved down your throat. I just ignore it, respect it, but ingore it and eat all my lemongrass "chicken" drench in hot mustard, heaven rice rolls w/ the peanut sauce and drink all the hot tea at our table.

Will have to give it another shot. I'd be wary if they start serving kool-aid, though.

That is great news because I do love the spicy. Probably won't try the mock duck though. I've never eaten a fake version of something I wouldn't have eaten when I did eat meat...kind of creeps me out

I'm thinking Vegan/Veg places should have fake versions of stuff that is NOT ok to eat.

Like:

Tiger, Giraffe, Human, Bat, Whale, etc.

that'd be neato.

"what're you having?"
"Human fingers with raspberry balsamic vinigarette"
"mmmmmm"

They NEEEEEED to put another Green somewher closer to downtown Phoenix. I would eat there all the friggin' time except the drive to Tempe/Scottsdale is usually inconvenient. Would it not be insanely profitable to have one on Roosevelt Row or something?

As far as veggie options go, I like:

That's a Wrap (anything on the menu can be made vegetarian)
Carly's
Gourmet House of Hong Kong (huge menu, entire page of vegetarian meals)
