It's a chain but damn it's good.

Hey guys, I'm not starting a fight, just showing Shizz diversity!

All the time when I tell people what I do they say, "Oh I don't understand art, I can't even draw." (or worse, "I only like art I can understand.") Well, ya know what, I don't know how to make a car, but I sure appreciate being able to drive one.

Took my wife there for her bday in March. It was pretty fucking sweet. I like how you enter through the kitchen and it's all 1950s swanky, or whatever (timeperiod?). Red velvet walls, nice.

The best BBQ I have ever had has been at Hap's. 48th street and washington. AMAZING. Other places don't compare. Not even Stubb's in Austin.

here are my 5 favorite restaurants on the planet, in no particular order:

L'Atelier Joel Robuchon, Las Vegas
Gary Danko, San Francisco
In-N-Out Burger, Various Locations
Barrio Cafe, Phoenix
Lon's at the Hermosa, Phoenix

i've had spectacular meals at other places, but if we had to get down to it, i think these are the top 5.

Emperors of Japan
Myspace

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.
