ok then basketball is the same a soccer as well as lacrosse

All the time when I tell people what I do they say, "Oh I don't understand art, I can't even draw." (or worse, "I only like art I can understand.") Well, ya know what, I don't know how to make a car, but I sure appreciate being able to drive one.

maybe it's the whole "going backwards to go forwards" thing. passing the ball/puck backwards and resetting.. drives me nuts. power straight ahead man.. crash into some people. wait, that's rugby. ha ha

i thought football and rugby go back and forth just really really slowly

and sometimes really really quickly.. and more frequently.. resulting in more scores.

i'm particularly fond of the "more frequently" part.

I was in a training class with some guys from the UK, they both were avid Rugby fans and hated soccer.

Rugby is sooo much more of a contact sport than Soccer, usually resulting in plenty of missing teeth.
