I'd like to see Shiner, or Houston. But they both broke up like 7 years ago.

i never thought i'd get to use this line, even after being in a band, mostly because we didn't play out very long and didn't play with "big" bands, but... my band opened for houston.

REGULATIONS almost played a daytime midweek show at derek/astons old mesa house like four years ago, but it was set up like three days before, and cancelled one day before

I would love to have a Rob Crowe extravaganza night where all his bands and projects past and present played one whole show.

I know he is a dick but I love all the music he has made, Heavy Vegetable, Thingy, Optigonally Yours, Pinback, his solo shit, and more.

yup that is the one. our drummer got a really nice recording of the houston show (but not ours, wtf?). i'm sure i have a copy somewhere.

Nice! They played the small stage at Pitchfork, but it was completely overrun. I really wanted to see them too, cuz Pavement was boring my socks off.

Looks like I'm going to this. I think seeing them indoors will be better anyways.
