are you into a little band called Sun City Girls? - if not, you should be - they have done some pretty great things on wfmu, including an all-original 2 hour broadcast - and they are local boys (who now live in seattle) -
p.s. - i want to hear silkwood -
p.s.s. - your crankiness is ultra-awesome -
p.s.s.s. - if you want to hear some Vinegar Sting on your stereo, we have hours and hours of "practice" tapes that include songs, improvs, and some other very out there things - perhaps i can make you a compilation - but only if you give me something by silkwood -
p.s.s.s.s. - say hi to Brandon -

i haven't given Sun City Girls a listen, heard of them but that's about it. lately i've just been introduced to random friends of ellie, bianca, and jenny so my musical taste has expanded greatly. like Voltage, wow that drummer is amazing. Kinda like lightning bolt but slower. but i'll give them a listen to. i like a lot of bay area music from flying luttenbachers to sharon cheslow to fuckwolf to Sic Alps. i've recently gotten into Genders. i like a variety that doesn't bore me. i can't sit there and listen to Of Montreal or Wolf Parade, knowing full well i like my music chaotic, free-form, or all over the place.
- i'll send you some mp3s of silkwood
- your attitude towards other members responses is great.
- i would love to hear more vinegar sting, silkwood/vinegar sting trade sounds awesome.
- i'll tell brandon we should play with VS
ps
i would love to trade mix tapes or cds with you too!

-trunkspaceAll the time when I tell people what I do they say, "Oh I don't understand art, I can't even draw." (or worse, "I only like art I can understand.") Well, ya know what, I don't know how to make a car, but I sure appreciate being able to drive one.

I am also enamored with the new Tool and Gnarls Barkley records.
Take your time old man, these vultures are happy to wait...

Mika Miko 7 inch
bianca's drums on hotel suicide and hey beautiful
so dark and evil, yet she's the shyest member in that band.
Sonic Ruth - it never happens off that wonderful michigan comp, Hot Air Balloon To Hell
Too Many Jenny - Missed
"you gotta shred." - bs
"yeah, shred really hard!" - jh
ps
i love bianca's tattoo on her left hand
