for some reason, otis redding is just a little too stylized for me. .... i don't know; i need to listen to more of his stuff, but i think i like a little smoother delivery when it comes to vocals.

Bruce Palmer (also of Buffalo Springfield), & Goldie McJohn (of Steppenwolf) were also in the band.
They were on Motown fer a bit. I'm not sure if anything is out there of them though.

I had heard of the Mynah Birds, really. It ain't exactly top secret information. It's mentioned in the liner notes in Decade, I belive.
