yesterday's library pick up
van halen-women and children first
a most underappreciated VH record, for sure.
I just bought the year subscription to Pandora... anyone do this yet? Totally sweet little desktop player, so you don't have to have a browser open, no ads, better audio, and more song skips... $36 for the year. Not too shabby.

Planes Mistaken For Stars - Up in them Guts --- eff it, i am going to listen to them all.
Listening to it right now. Also, check out No High Fives to Bullshit. They are a pop-punk band from Denver. Check out these influences from their myspace:
Nasum, Godflesh, chrimpshrine, jawbreaker, propaghandi, grimple, nofx, 7 seconds, star wars, pizza, the goddamn river, this goddamn city, cleveland bound death sentence, pinhead gunpowder, your weed, noothgrush (In that order)
Tough to argue with any of those things as awesome.

Yeah, those are pretty solid influences, especially Nasum and Noothgrush....for a pop punk band.
