I don't claim to have anything insightful to say about gender mores or who's farts smell worse, but I did bring a clip to share that perfectly captures my understanding of women (and has for years).

why no one will take care of them and support their oversized egos, listen to them talk about themselves all the time and whine about how the world is out to get them, drive them to work, and pay for everything......hmmm maybe they can form supportive relationships with each other? nah..two narcissicist don't make a right, they all would probably end up hating each other or finding everyone else really really boring....no one would listen to anyone....you can't be supportive when your emotionally narcissistic....

I just like it when the girl can figure out what the Hell she wants for dinner.

That's assertive enough for me.

I don't know how I feel about the idea about making girls all 'big & tough'....

I do think they should be encouraged to be assertive & express their feelings, but I also think men should be able to do so without being called baby-men.

I think men & women are still very confused about each other, & what we want & expect from each other.

I do think these things are best discussed around a table on which there is beer & and ashtray.
