SATURDAY!!!!
we're up to 14 bands. this is going to be out of control. in addition to the 13 locals (well, quasi local if you count feel free) we're also welcoming oh no not stereo from los angeles. my old band toured with them up to canada and back in 2004 and i'm very stoked to have them as part of the lineup. they're on their way out to showcase at sxsw and will be making a pit stop in phx to play our little festival. they will be shot out of a cannon and directly on stage at 5 pm and things won't really calm down until well after the necronauts finish up. we hope to see you all there.
the final final final schedule:
5:00 - Oh No Not Stereo (outdoor)
5:30 - Halema'uma'u (indoor)
6:00 - DESTOROYAH (outdoor)
6:15 - Cagematch (indoor)
6:30 - Vine Land (outdoor)
7:00 - Fatigo (indoor)
7:30 - France vs. France (outdoor)
8:00 - Feel Free (indoor)
8:30 - Art For Starters (outdoor)
9:00 - Colorstore (indoor)
9:30 - After Any Accident (outdoor)
10:00 - Emperors of Japan (indoor)
10:45 - Yukon Ho (indoor)
11:30 - Necronauts (indoor)

accept for Juarez...which used to be awesome...now just really, really scary. Don't go out past dark anymore your liable to get decapitated by some drug cartel douche bag.

it's always been scarey, you just had a false sense of safety when you were there previously.
I used to party with montoya out there ALOT and had some very close calls, and had friends see people get shot right in front of them while crossing the border.

hmmm little did i know about the dangerz of juarez....i ate some food there and wanted to buy a knife (yeah don't ask me why).....it seemed ok at the time. but this was about 1993.

It's actually the worst it's ever been right now because of this drug war. We just played with a band from El Paso a couple of weeks ago and they said everything closes at 5pm including the main strip........no more drink & drown thursdays..our friends closed down their bar (the Line Bar) as well....
