(got a call at work so this was more like 10mins ago) but really.. it's not that hard. my girlfriend hired movers last night to move her stuff from a third floor apt to our new house. not all of the workers spoke english. was i mad that they were possibly here taking away work from some white dude? no, because ya know what, i don't wanna carry a couch down three flights of twisting stairs. if they wanna bust their butt and earn an honest living, why is it my job to make sure they can't. eff that.

Conservatives' mantra about AZ SB1070 is that it is only enforcing the federal law and that "they (the illegals) are breaking the law!". This is ridiculous thinking to me, as if "law" is set in stone and never to be changed or modified. Have they never heard of bad legislation? If a law is bad law it should be changed. But the conservatives continue their robotic mantra I keep hearing, "it's the law, they're breaking it."

What's needed is sensible legislation.

I have a friend who said they awarded her one week for making a bunch of website sales, and the very next week the treated her like crap and ended up firing her dues to low sales.

I know Jim likes it (,or at least he used to like it) at GoDaddy. But all of the information that I have heard including coworkers who previously have worked there and the general consensus of my peers is that Godaddy is in fact a horrible work place, at least for System Admins.

Maybe it's certain departments that are better/worse than others, but whether they support republicans, arpaio, or whatever, I have never really been a fan of Godaddy.
